1. Returns & Cancellations

We do not accept returns as a general rule. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at crystalbedsbr@gmail.com. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition.

The following costs will be deducted from your refund:

Original shipping cost — all orders include insured international shipping from Brazil. The actual cost of shipping to your location is approximately $300 USD and will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping — the cost of returning the item to Brazil is your responsibility. Given the international distance involved, this typically costs in the region of $300 USD. We recommend obtaining a shipping quote before requesting a return.

In practice, a return may result in little to no refund after these deductions. We strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order if you have any questions, or before requesting a return if something is not right — in most cases we can resolve any issue directly through our warranty and support service, without the need for a return.

Cancellations must be requested before your order has been dispatched. Once the bed has shipped, the sale is final. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at crystalbedsbr@gmail.com.
