By placing an order with Crystal Beds Brazil, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.
1. Our Products
Crystal Beds Brazil sells crystal light therapy beds and practitioner sets. Every crystal is hand-shaped and every bed is hand-assembled in Abadiânia, Brazil. Our products are complementary wellness instruments and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Crystal bed sessions are not a replacement for professional medical treatment.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped internationally via Express Mail Service. Shipping insurance is included in the price of every order. Delivery typically takes 10 to 15 working days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services, but we will do everything we can to help resolve any issue that arises.
6. Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept returns as a general rule. Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to the deductions described in our Returns & Cancellations policy. Cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Once shipped, the sale is final.
7. Warranty
Every Crystal Bed and Practitioner's Set comes with a one-year warranty against component malfunction. If something is not working as it should within the first year, contact us and we will resolve it. See our Warranty & Support section for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and guides — is the property of Ababridges Luzes e Cristais Comercial Ltda. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Crystal Beds Brazil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
