📦 Fully Insured Shipping: Your crystal bed includes fully insured Express Mail Service (EMS) delivery. We take 5 working days to handcraft your order, and delivery takes 10 to 15 working days. Shipping costs are completely included in your price.

🔒 1-Year Full Warranty: Your investment is covered by a one-year warranty against component malfunction. If anything is not working perfectly, just write to us and we will replace the components at no cost to you.
🔄 Our 14-Day Commitment: We are a small, personal operation and we solve almost every issue directly via our warranty without the need for a complex return. If a rare exception requires a physical return of an unused item, you have 14 days from delivery to contact us. Please note that original insured shipping fees and return freight costs to Brazil are the responsibility of the purchaser (typically $300 USD each way).
