Please take a moment to review our policies before completing your purchase — we want you to feel fully informed and completely at ease.
Shipping — Your crystal bed will be shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS), fully insured, with shipping included in the price. We typically take 5 working days to prepare and dispatch your order, after which delivery takes between 10 and 15 working days. We will be with you every step of the way.
Returns — Every crystal bed we make is built to order, by hand, with care. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns as a general rule. That said, if something is not right, please come to us first — in most cases we can resolve any concern directly, without the need for a return. If you do wish to return your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us at crystalbedsbr@gmail.com. Please note that the original shipping cost (~$300 USD) will be deducted from your refund, and the cost of return shipping to Brazil will be yours to arrange (~$300 USD).
If your bed arrives damaged, we will take care of it immediately — no hassle, no hesitation.
Warranty — Your crystal bed is covered by a one-year warranty against component malfunction and shipping damage. If anything is not working as it should, just write to us. We will sort it out.
